3. Terms of Product Purchase

The Agreement

In addition to the Terms of Website Use, these terms of product purchase (“the Purchase Terms”) set out the additional terms and conditions under which you may purchase from perushopexpress.com products appearing on this website. By completing the customer registration process and purchasing products from this website, an agreement exists between you and perushopexpress.com once perushopexpress.com accepts an order. Each accepted order is a separate agreement.

Address Input

If you input an incorrect shipping address on your order, you must immediately contact us via email to update your shipping address details. If the order has already been processed or shipped by the time we receive your email, it is strictly your responsibility to locate the parcel and to pay any shipping and handling costs to have it re-delivered to you if the parcel is sent back to perushopexpress.com. Peru Shop Express is not liable if the parcel cannot be located and we will not be expected to send out another product to you for free.

If the parcel is sent back to Peru Shop Express and you would like to cancel your order, thus seeking a refund, perushopexpress.com agrees to refund you the total amount paid by you, less the shipping, handling and the re-delivery fee which is set by USPS and Australia Post.

Orders

You place an order with perushopexpress.com by selecting products and clicking the “ADD TO CART” button on the store page. perushopexpress.com reserves the right to accept or reject an order for any reason including without limitation; unavailability of product, an error in the price, image or the product description, or error in your order. Orders are deemed received by perushopexpress.com at the time of successful transmission of the order and you will thereafter be unable to cancel or modify the order. Orders are deemed accepted by perushopexpress.com upon perushopexpress.com acknowledging such order or failing to reject such order within 14 days.

Product Availability

perushopexpress.com uses its best endeavors to ensure products ordered are available for delivery and in most cases will notify you when products are unavailable prior to you completing your order. However, you acknowledge that in some cases this is not possible and perushopexpress.com may need to reject an order you have placed for a product where perushopexpress.com establishes that it is actually unavailable for delivery. In such cases perushopexpress.com will refund in full all amounts you paid in respect of such unavailable product.

International shipping rates are calculated in USD upon entering your address during the checkout process.

All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that the value of your order is displayed on your package – the value is the retail cost. perushopexpress.com can’t mark any package(s) as a “Gift” in order to avoid customs and duties fees.

Please note: on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages at their discretion; this is unfortunately out of our control.

Shipping Company:

Upon receipt of your order, your order details will be electronically forwarded to our 3rd party fulfillment center for picking, packing & dispatch. Orders placed with all stock ready to deliver will leave the fulfillment center within 24 hours Monday-Friday (excludes public holidays). The fulfillment center uses USPS and Australia Post to ship products to you and all orders come with tracking and signature on delivery. You cannot ‘opt-out’ of the signature on delivery requirement. Where the shipping address differs from the billing address, please ensure permission is obtained for the disclosure of personal information under the Privacy Act for third party recipients.

Ordering & Delivery:

4. If an item is out of stock, and remains unavailable for 48 hours, we will contact you by email.

6. Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect parcels once they have left our fulfillment center.
